Back in 1981 the year I was born, a chap called Randy Merrell decided to make his own hiking boots.
His first boots were styled on something you would see Clint Eastwood sporting.
Randy soon bucked his ideas up and made the boots you see here today. Merrell have broken into their archives and brought a classic from the 80’s back, this time with updated materials for today’s weather.
Both the Solo trainer and the Eagle boots are made from breathable mesh line M Select coated wonder fabric.
All to keep your feet fresh and to stop your boots from walking off on their own. Both the Solo trainers and the Eagle boot soles are Signature Merrell air cushioned sole, good enough to keep your feet comfy either pounding the concrete or on your favourite ramble.
These will see you right through the winter months teamed up with your best selvedge and technical outerwear. The complete Merrell Heritage Range is available now at http://www.schuh.co.uk/brands/merrell/#st=mens&origst=merrell%20mens
